Our Corporate and Social Responsibility (CSR) framework is based on four primary pillars:

• Corporate Awareness & Programs
  We have a CSR committee that works closely with our network of partners to develop programs and initiatives that focus on improving the overall wellness of the country and communities where we conduct business.   
  

• Community Investment
  Community investment (CI), a component within CSR, refers to how we at Gorgeous Getaways invest or donate our money, time, products and services to make a positive contribution to local communities. CI is a long-term effort to creating meaningful impact for the communities that we operate in. Our staff are also encouraged to volunteer regularly in their local communities.
  
  
• Environmentally Friendly
  When it comes to the environment, Gorgeous Getaways has converted some of it’s vehicles to gas, and hopes to complete the conversion of all vehicles next year in an effort to reduce our corporate carbon footprint.  In addition, we have globally adopted the use of green IT solutions for all employees using web based applications that use less local power and resources to operate.
  
  
• Employees Well Being
  We believe in a work-life balance for all employees.  That’s why we promote the use of technology that allows all employees to be fully mobile.  Mobility and web based applications allow our employees to quickly respond to the needs of our clients in country for surgery, making better use of time and improving employee productivity.   This ensures our staff can have a more balanced life between work and home.
